The Whisky Barrel Gin from Kangaroo Island Spirits (KIS) has been matured for two months in whisky barrels that were previously used for an Australian single malt whisky.
This gin is vanilla and tangy on the nose.
It has a light smoky and citrus flavour with a buttery finish on the palate.

KIS recommends enjoying this gin neat or even trying it in a cocktail with orange bitters and fresh apple.

KIS is one of Australia's first gin distilleries, founded on Kangaroo Island.
Since then, the distillery has built a reputation as one of Australia's best gin distilleries and has won numerous awards at the world's top competitions, including the International Wine and Spirits Competition in London and the SIP Awards in California.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Vanilla and lemony cheesecake
Palate: Butter, pine, light smoke and lingering citrus flavour
Finish: Juniper, woody vanilla (long lasting)
