Kangaroo Island Spirits - KIS Old Tom Gin 42.5 % vol.

This Old Tom Gin from Kangaroo Island is aged for a short time in French oak barrels that have been charred again.
Local aniseed and lemon myrtle give this classic old-style gin a sweet character.

KIS Old Tom was produced by hand in small batches and won the Australian Distilled Spirits Awards 2016.
The gin has become a global champion and was also honoured with double gold at the SIP Awards in California.

KIS is one of Australia's first gin distilleries, founded on Kangaroo Island.
Since then, the distillery has built a reputation as one of Australia's best gin distilleries and has won numerous awards at the world's top competitions, including the International Wine and Spirits Competition in London and the SIP Awards in California.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: First citrus fruits followed by cleansing juniper
Palate: sweet creamy vanilla, a hint of aniseed, lightly toasted toffee and caramel notes \
Finish: long lasting juniper finish
