Originating from Macedonia, juniper has a characteristic piney freshness. It evokes memories of flush, dense pine forests and has a forward flavour of both London Dry Gin and Wattleseed Gin.
Coriander seeds have a woody forward scent that releases a sweet peppery note when broken open, contrasting with the spicy notes the seeds impart to the gin.
