An Australian interpretation of an American IPA with a combination of hops from three countries - Galaxy from Australia, Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand and Citra from the United States.

The malt flavors come from the combination of pale, wheat and crystal. The beer is very hoppy and shows strong pine and citrus notes with stone fruit and passion fruit character.

The malt structure is beautifully balanced with the dry hopping, giving this beer a refined balance.
