What a coincidence - a distinctive gin, unique with every batch. The basis is a multi-award-winning gin that dominates through the combination with the Tasmanian pepper berry. The maturation process takes place for around eight weeks in Shiraz oak barrels sourced from local winegrowers. The result is a remarkable uniqueness - each batch is derived from the individual flavour qualities of each barrel. This is an absolute modern classic.

FLAVOUR NOTES
Notes of vanilla, toast and cedar are very forward, then the fruity and juicy characters of Shiraz wine. The palate has a strong spicy kick with a warm and delicious finish.
