Crafted from a symphony of complementary casks, Head Distiller Chris Thomson has expertly woven the complexity of American oak bourbon with the balance of sherry and heavier depth of port to form a creamy, oily melody of flavour; a malt whisky that is full of life from start to finish and bears the uncompromising signature of Lark Whisky - a Tasmanian icon.

FLAVOUR NOTES

Flavour: Fresh mango, roasted pineapple, orange, vanilla and mandarin. Juicy and fruity.
Palate: Peaches, apricots, mango and sweet Tasmanian apples dipped in toffee.
Finish: Fresh fruit and citrus. This whisky has length, balance and poise.

Serving suggestion: Excellent neat or with a drop or two of filtered water.
