DJ&A Shiitake Mushroom Crisps are a ready-to-eat snack that is all natural, vegan and an excellent source of fibre. It contains no added MSG, no genetically modified vegetables and no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

In contrast to the usual deep-frying process used to prepare conventional potato crisps, our sophisticated cooking process, vacuum cooking, uses lower temperatures to preserve the natural vegetable ingredients and delicious flavour.
