FLAVOUR NOTES
Aroma: Intense fruit flavours of sultanas, dried figs and plums dominate with a hint of caramel and sherry.
Palate: Incredibly smooth and complex with flavours of bread and butter pudding, nutmeg and sweet, caramelised pastry with drying undertones of oak and leather. Finish: Smooth and delicately buttery with dried fruit from sherry and port.
