Cinchona (sin-ko-na) - From the Rubiaceae plant genus and known for its health-promoting properties since the 1560s. Named after the Countess of Chinchon, wife of the Viceroy of Peru, whose national tree it is.

Fragrant Indian tonic with the natural flavour of cinchona extract, exquisitely crafted to give a smooth, deliciously floral finish.

Best mixed with dry gin.
